I've been at this Work From Home gig for almost 20 years. Working from home has it's benefits. It also has it's ups and down. Take a short cut, and learn from me.

Can I just say, when it comes to refrigerator contents.. when in doubt, throw it out. Food poisoning is not your friend. k nuff said.
